Principle Physiotherapist - Melanie Duckett - BSc (hons) MCSP Melanie has been practising physiotherapy since 2002. She gained her initial experience in the NHS, developing extensive knowledge in dealing with all - musculoskeletal presentations, from arthritis conditions to chronic spinal pain.
Melanie went on to develop her interest in sport physiotherapy working full time at reading football club as well as working sessionally for Harlequinns rugby club, London Irish rugby club,British Judo, British rowers and the RFU womens.
She has also worked with the British Army treating both acute injuries and long term rehabilitation cases. She has also treated many pregnant ladies enabling them to maintain a safe exercise regime through pregnancy as well as assisting with low back pain pre and post partum.
Melanie has a passion for a healthy well balanced life and understands the importance of relaxation having completed her Watsu (Aqua Massage) level 3 course; as well as having a really keen interest in Netball, and has recently completed her level 2 coaching course.
Melanie our Principle Physiotherapist is a keen netballer and has recently qualified with her level 2 coaching badge, presently she coaches SWP school and back to netball fit in Teddington.
